RETURN POLICY
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS; FEES APPLY.
Is it possible to return my order? Yes, it is.
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receiving them.
In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
1. The order still contains all the appropriate parts and components, and the packaging is exactly as it was when the product arrived.
2. The product shows only normal handling; damage caused by careless handling is excluded.
3. Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
4. The product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.
5. We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.
6. The return will be processed within 7 business days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially approved within this period.
*We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
How can I return my order? If your order meets the conditions above, you must follow these steps to begin the return process.

Reason for the return request
Photo of the product in case of damage
Customer's first and last name
Customer's address
We will then get in touch with you and provide you with the return address. Never send the return to the sender; we will send you the correct address after you contact us. You, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs. The consumer has the right to withdraw in accordance with the following provision if the consumer is a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are not predominantly related to their commercial or professional activity:

Right of cancellation
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, has received or accepted the last goods.
Since we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process before delivery, so a refund is not possible upon receipt of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (STORE NAME) by means of a clear statement (for example, by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The withdrawal is completed once we have received the goods. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.
Registration for goods in transit
As our products are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times over which we have no control. If the products are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and then return them. Of course, you may notify us of your cancellation in advance. To ensure the fastest possible refund, we ask that you send us proof of shipment.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse all payments we have received from you, except for delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract and receipt of the goods. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
